Shipping policy
We ship with USPS & UPS, we encourage all our customers to purchase Navidium Shipping protection which is offered upon checkout. This will ensure that if your package is damaged/lost or stolen, Navidium Shipping protection will reimburse your order. If your order does not have Navidium Shipping protection and is lost/stolen or damaged we will work with USPS & UPS to try and resolve the issue to the best of our abilities but we do not make guarantees we will be able to recover or reimburse the customer. By removing Navidium Shipping protection from the order, the customer takes full financial responsibility in the event the order is lost/ damaged or stolen.
Shipping insurance does not cover:
- Shipments that were shipped to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer either at checkout or when they updated the address prior to shipping by contacting us.
- Also, it does not cover instances when a customer pre-signed for a package, which allowed for the release of the shipment without a physical presence at the address.
- If the customer opens an investigation into a lost shipment on their own accord, we may not be able to assist as the carrier will only provide information to the party that opened the case. In this instance insurance may become voided.
If you did not receive your shipment you must report it to us within 72hrs. This will give us time to investigate the issue. If a shipment is not reported to us as lost or not received within 72hr window this will negate any shipping insurance purchased, a refund for it cannot be issued also.
We offer free shipping to most states, during checkout you will see the option for free shipping.
Once an order is placed it may take up to 24-48 hours to process it. This time frame is extended if your order is placed outside of normal operating hours of 10am-3pm cst or during the weekend or federal holidays. Most orders we will try and ship the same day, that is our goal.
Length of time your order spends in transit is dependent on USPS and if they have any delays but typically orders should reach the destination 3-9 business days after shipping.
Express shipments submitted to us after 12pm CST may be delayed by 1 business day due to cut off time for processing and shipping.
PO boxes
UPS does not deliver to USPS post office boxes, if you select UPS as a delivery method to a USPS post office box and the shipment comes back then you would be responsible for reshipping fees or pay the restocking fees. If we notice you selected ups as a delivery method and your address is PO Box we will attempt to contact you, this may delay the processing of your order. If we do not here back from the customer we will adjust the shipment to go via usps standard shipping and adjust the shipping cost if applicable.
Signature upon delivery
If an order is above a certain value we may request a signature upon delivery. This is done to ensure that your order is received by a person and not left out in the open for someone to steal it. We value you as a customer and want to ensure your order is delivered without any issues.
If an order is being reshipped with shipping insurance because a claim was filed and approved, a signature will be required upon delivery.
Additional fees
If your order comes back to us because an incorrect address was provided upon checkout, you refuse the shipment, packages was never picked up or you want the order canceled after it is shipped out we reserve the right to assess a 15% or $20 restocking fee whichever is greater and refund the difference back to you. We also will not issue refund for insurance fee paid or shipping fee paid on the original order.
If you want the order to be reshipped, we will charge an additional $10 fee for USPS and $13.99 for UPS prior to reshipping. If this fee is refused we will cancel the order and asses a restocking fee. Keep in mind that shipping insurance paid will not be refunded either or any prior shipping fees which are associated with the original returned order.
Change of shipping address
If we deem it necessary we will request to ship your order to your billing address. If that happens we will contact you via email or phone and let you know about the requirement to change the shipping address. If we do not here back from you within 24-48 hours of the request we reserve the right to cancel the order.
All transit days are estimated and not guaranteed by us. Transit days may be increased due to delays within USPS processing network which are out of our control.
