Return Policy

To request a return please email us your request to support@kratompoint.com with your order number in the subject and the reason for your return in body.

If your return is the result of our mistake such as incorrect product or it is damaged please attach a photo.  We will email a return label to you within 24-48hrs during regular business hours Monday through Friday 9am-5pm Central Standard Time.

When mailing your product please include your purchase order inside the box and the RMA(Return Master Authorization) so we can quickly identify the return and process the refund.

If you would like to return the product because you no longer need it we will assess a 15% restocking fee and subtract that difference from your order total when we refund your purchase.

Any unauthorized returns to our facility without proper documentation may not get properly logged and a refund may not process.
