Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This 30 day window is only for products that were received in error(product you did not order) or was damaged during transport.
We do not offer refunds on products that were used by the customer and the desired result was not achieved. Because the products on kratompoint.com are not FDA regulated, we make no promises they will work for everyone. The customer assumes the risk by making a purchase and taking the products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@kratompoint.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Sale items
Items purchased during a sale are not refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If a product is damaged or defective please email us evidence showing the damage or defect. If the item is damaged during transport please include photos of the damaged box or envelope with our shipping label attached.
If you purchase shipment protection from Navidium at checkout please file a claim directly with them and they will resolve the issue for any damage, lost or stolen shipments. They will typically request your tracking information so please have that available for them. If you are having trouble submitting your claim please send an email to support@kratompoint.com with your order number, issue with the order, images if needed. We will get back to you with a solution during our operating business hours.
Defective items
If an item you received is defective or not functioning. You must contact us with description of the issue along with images. Once confirmed defective, we will issue a return label. The product must be returned to us for a refund or replacement. If the item is thrown out we cannot refund you or replace the defective item.
Shipment not received
If you did not receive your shipment you must report it to us within 72hrs. This will give us time to investigate the issue. If a shipment is reported to us as lost or not received within 72hr this will negate any shipping insurance purchased, a refund for it cannot be issued also.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards and shipping insurance.
Exchanges
Email us at support@kratompoint.com, let us know you need to do an exchange and for what reason, please include your order number. We will request additional documents from you and once approved we will ship out a new order to you or we will let you know of any additional instructions you will need to follow for us to exchange the product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less any shipping insurance paid. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost can only be refunded if the Expedited shipment fails to be delivered within the stated time frame. All other services such as Standard shipment do not qualify for a refund if a shipment is late since those are estimated time frames and not guaranteed by USPS. We have no impact on how slow or fast USPS delivers the packages therefore we are not liable and cannot refund shipping cost unless it has a guarantee attached to it by USPS.
Expedited Guaranteed shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are not guaranteed and if delayed a refund will not be issued. USPS no longer guarantees this the delivery time frame for these 2 areas. Please see USPS policy regarding guaranteed shipment to Alaska and Hawaii.
