Q: What is Kratom?

Kratom is a tropical tree, its leaves contain Alkaloids Mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine that can have psychotropic effects.

Q: Why does Kratom have so many strains?

A: Each strain contains a specific property that can help with nervousness, lack of energy, boost mood, etc.  Each strain focuses on a specific area like leaning towards pain relief or more towards alertness. Please review our guide on the strains.

Q: Is Kratom safe to use?

A: In the proper dosage Kratom can boost energy, alertness and reduce anxiety.  Alkaloids Mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine are the main ingredients in Kratom and they have properties of pain relief and muscle relaxation by reducing swelling or inflammation. With unsafe dosage Kratom can have negative side effects such as: constipation, inability to sleep, weight loss and even death.  We would recommend you consult a doctor or seek a specialist if you experience any side effects before you decide to use this product.

Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?

A: Typically it takes us no longer than 24-48hrs during business hours Monday through Friday to process and ship an order via USPS. During holiday season or if there is a holiday it may delay the processing and shipping of an order.

Q: Is Kratom Legal?

A: It is legal in most states, some states have only one city that does not allow Kratom while the rest of the state allows the sale and purchase.

Q: Why is my ship to state not available when I go to check out?

A: Some states have banned the sale of Kratom. Currently these are the states that do not allow the sale of Kratom:  Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Rhode Island, Vermont and Wisconsin.

Q: How do I modify or cancel an order?

A: If your order has not processed you can email us with your order number and let us know if you need to modify or cancel an order.  If the order ships out before we get your message we cannot do anything.  The order may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% if refused or returned back to us.

Q: How can I pay and is the payment method safe?

A: We accept all major credit cards.  

Q: Why am I not getting the advertised shipping rate?

A: Shipping rates to Hawaii and Alaska are higher due to the cost of shipping outside the continental United States. Other states on the far east coast or west coast may see an increase in shipping as well.

Q: Where is my order?

A: You should have a tracking number which can be tracked either directly on the carriers website or through our order tracker here. Enter your order number and see the status of your shipment. If you need further assistance please reach out to our customer service team at support@kratompoint.com.

Q: Do you offer discreet packaging?

A: All packages ship out in nondescript boxes or envelopes.  The label will show your information, our business address and the name KP Store as the sender. Prying eyes won't know what KP store is.
