What is Kratom?
Kratom is a tropical tree, its leaves contain Alkaloids Mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine that can have psychotropic effects.

Is Kratom safe to use?
In the proper dosage Kratom can boost energy, alertness and reduce anxiety. Alkaloids Mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine are the main ingredients in Kratom and they have properties of pain relief and muscle relaxation by reducing swelling or inflammation. With unsafe dosage Kratom can have negative side effects such as: constipation, inability to sleep, weight loss and even death. We would recommendyouconsult a doctor or seek a specialist if you experience any side effects before you decide to use this product.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Typically it takes us no longer than 24-48hrs during business hours Monday through Friday to process and ship an order via USPS. During holiday season or if there is a holiday it may delay the processing and shipping of an order. We observe all major federal holidays.
Is Kratom Legal?
It is legal in most states, some states have only one city that does not allow Kratom while the rest of the state allows the sale and purchase.
Currently Kratom is banned in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Vermont and Wisconsin.
Counties such as Sarasota, Union, Denver, Oceanside and Jeffersonville have a ban on Kratom.
Why is my ship to state not available when I go to check out?
Some states have banned the sale of Kratom. Currently these are the states that do not allow the sale of Kratom: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Vermont and Wisconsin.
How do I modify or cancel an order?
If your order has not processed, you can email us with your order number and let us know if you need to modify or cancel an order. If the order ships out before we get your message we cannot do anything. The order may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% if refused or returned back to us.

Where is my order?

Please note that delivery dates are estimated and the carrier may delay your order, unfortunately that is not in our control. Shipping days are counted as business days which exclude the weekends when estimating your delivery date(USPS shipping guide).
