Why is there no tracking updates on my order?
If the order was processed the same day as you are viewing tracking then the tracking information wont be live until 24 hours after you get the tracking number via email or text. If you are tracking it a few days later and you see no tracking updates but do see acceptance pending that means that USPS most likely missed a scan. Give it another day and you will see a status change. If not please contact us!
Why do I see a double charge on my account?
Double charges mean that you attempted to make 1 or more payment attempts, each failed attempt may result in a charge or account hold. These charges will fall off within a few days. These account holds are the result of our merchant not accepting funds from your payment method and your payment method simply holding the funds just in case.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
All our shipments come in an unmarked box or padded envelope. The shipping label does not mention Kratom and the shipper is showen as KP Store.
