Best for pain
I love this product. I go thru a lot of intense pain from Ankylosing spondylitis. This product truly helps w my pain!

Pretty Good
This was my first product to try with 7 Hydroxy. It's pretty good but against some of the newer 7 Hydroxy p Dr ducts it's OK. When others are out of stock, this is usually my next choice. They taste horrible if you're going to chew them up.
